An article by advocate Bartosz Groele and trainee attorney-at-law Dominika Koss, entitled “The rules and regulations of the creditors’ council in restructuring proceedings 2.0”, was published in the latest issue of the Doradca Restrukturyzacyjny quarterly. The authors of the article raise important issues, regarding the necessity to hold meetings of the creditors’ council and to vote remotely at such meetings. Based on the authors’ own experience and on the earlier publication of Mr. Groele, a new model of rules and regulations of the creditors’ council has been proposed, which would include the issues of conducting remote meetings.
