We are honoured to inform that Partner of the TGA Law Firm, advocate Bartosz Groele, as an expert in insolvency law, once again is among the delegates to the session of Working Group V UNCITRAL (Insolvency Law), which will be held from 13 to 17 December this year. The host of the 59th edition of this event will be, as in the previous year, Vienna. During the December session, the final draft legislative guide on insolvency law for micro and small enterprises will be presented. The TGA team would like to congratulate the Partner and wish him further success with the new projects.
