We are pleased to announce that on December 16, 2021, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division for bankruptcy and restructuring issues, issued a decision in the accelerated arrangement proceedings of CAD/CAM SOLUTION Sp. z o.o. in restructuring regarding the approval of the second of the partial agreements – towards the company’s contractors. Importantly, the court decision allowed to close a precedent case in which two accelerated restructuring proceedings were opened with partial agreements addressed to financial institutions and the client’s contractors.
