On 5-7 May 2021 a session of V Working Group of Insolvency Law (UNICITRAL) will take place. Once again, the Partner of the Law Office, advocate Bartosz Groele will be among the delegates from the Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology. Although it is New York that will host the event this year, due to the pandemic the deliberations will be held predominantly online. This session will be operated from Vienna where delegates will be able to attend in person. The work on the draft text concerning the simplification of the bankruptcy system will be continued, with the aim of presenting the final draft to the Commission.
