We are pleased to announce that on October 15 this year, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw agreed with the position of the Law Firm and issued a decision on the adoption of a partial agreement for one of the companies operating in an international level in the CADCAM services industry. Quite interestingly, it was one of the few restructuring proceedings where TGA aimed at opening, simultaneously, two partial arrangements addressed at financial institutions (banks and leasing providers) and the client’s contractors. The aim of the two partial arrangements was to avoid the risk of production stoppage, while at the same time to restructure the obligations essential for the company’s survival. The following persons constibuted to the success in this case on behalf of the Law Firm: TGA partner advocate Bartosz Groele and attorney-at-law Agnieszka Kuciak.
